Kathryn McEwen, an Australian university Lecturer, has developed the world’s first integrated set of assessments focused on resilience as a balance between personal well-being and professional performance, a tool that MyNoiLab has been using for years in organizational development processes.

There is a significant challenge that all companies are facing in this historical period, which is the resignation, often en masse, of their own employees and managers.
