September 30, 2022We wondered if we could do team coaching in a special and original way: while walking. Here is our experience
Yes, having in mind a group goal, with a Walk Facilitator and some Coaches from the MyNoiLab team. We did it on the Cammino di Oropa (#CamminoDiOropa) for the Italian Mystery Auditing Association.
We set off as a group with three coaches, a walk facilitator …and a question in our pocket! Together we experienced the stages of the walk, involving fun moments and unexpected hitches along the way. We walked with our legs and challenged each other with our head and heart towards the goal of a strategy for the future. We lost each other and found each other again.
