The 2024 Management Team

For 2024, we’re playing a winning hand! Geared up to embrace change – including our own – we are delighted to introduce the team leading activities in 2024:

• The Ace of Flowers goes to Susanna Gonnella, as each petal of the flower represents an extraordinary function she performs for MyNoiLab; CEO of the company, Professional Coach, and creator of the revolutionary Mystery Coaching® model. An expert in human resources, she passionately focuses on uniquely and meaningfully valuing each team member, contributing essential elements to our collaborative environment and the individual growth of each member.
• The Ace of Hearts is for Marzia Monacelli, holding the position of Business Director, getting to the heart of the market with her ability to lead to results and find solutions to clients’ organizational challenges.
• The Ace of Diamonds is for Paola Veneziani, in the role of Project Director. An artist designing consultancy projects, Paola guides the execution with her innate attention to detail and skill in managing complexities.
• The Ace of Spades is for Marcello Peluso, taking on the role of Marketing & Innovation Director to creatively and innovatively handle communication, analysis, and the development of digital models and tools.

MyNoiLab is a rich and colorful deck of cards: it consists of a team of trainers, coaches, and consultants spread across the national territory and a network of over a hundred Mystery Auditors in Italy. In support of the management team, the Field & Operation Manager in Rome coordinates the network of field operatives, while the operational team in Milan provides support in project management.
