From Turin to Milan-Cortina, the challenges of the Guest Experience twenty years later

The experience of the #WinterOlympics in Turin 2006 teaches us how the MysteryGuest and the UNI 11312 standard, just published at that time, spread the culture of hospitality throughout the region.

Twenty years later, we look at the Cortina 2026 Olympics with the same soul.

Together with Associazione Mystery Auditing Italia, we have committed ourselves to promote service quality in customer experience through targeted projects that support tourism operators in their investments in Guest Experience today, to be prepared for the large number of guests who are going to arrive.
