To ensure business success, our priority is to continually pursue Quality in all organizational processes by promoting the technical and qualitative compliance of services, improving the work environment, and supporting motivation and relationships among both internal and external collaborators.

MyNoiLab considers Quality a fundamental tool for satisfying clients and stakeholders and for addressing risks and opportunities within the context. Beyond pursuing business profit, the ultimate goal of the Company is to operate in the market as a professionally and qualitatively recognized entity in the fields of organizational development, consulting, and change management, adding value to the local community within a circular economy framework.

In 2011, we established a Quality Management System, updating it in 2017 to comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. In 2022, we expanded our activities to include the following:

  • Design and delivery of strategic consulting services for organizational development
  • Individual and group coaching
  • Training in relational skills
  • Mystery audits

Based on these general principles, we define specific programs for quality improvement, aligned with the needs identified during the Quality Management System reviews conducted by the Management, using defined qualitative and quantitative indicators.

The Management is committed to providing the necessary resources to achieve these objectives and to communicating the policy at all levels of collaboration through written communications and meetings.

The policy is formally approved by the Management as a sign of personal commitment.
