Providing #StrategicConsulting for a company involved in renewable energy in a region like Friuli has been a rewarding experience because it aligns with my values. Valuing the manual skills of individuals is my greatest goal in contexts like this: I want to convey the importance of informal education through technical courses and soft skills training, regardless of formal education.
I strongly believe that the #future belongs to those who can also work with their #hands.
In this project, I started by #listening to all the workers, gathering their needs, suggestions, and challenges. Among the main themes that emerged were the value of teamwork, the importance of human harmony with the Coordinator, the crucial role of communication channels and methods, while having clear roles and responsibilities.
Even in these settings, the role of a #Coordinator who can organize work, check supplies, allocate teams, and monitor timelines proves to be essential. I intentionally called it a Coordinator, but in reality, it’s what we would more commonly define as a Manager 😊 who spends most of their days on the field rather than behind a desk…
