▶ Therefore, we are reopening the working group at UNI Italian Standardization Body, continuing to make our great #teamwork capacity available, guiding toward #results, putting it into #system, and #enhancing the skills and knowledge of everyone.

Susanna Gonnella has chosen to pass the torch, recognizing her significant contribution to writing the Mystery Audit standards and allowing her space and a role to remain an active part of the group.
