{"id":2421,"date":"2023-07-13T16:38:57","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T14:38:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mynoilab.com\/?p=2421"},"modified":"2023-09-22T16:39:55","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T14:39:55","slug":"experiential-training-for-junior-staff-on-welcoming-and-taking-care-of-customers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mynoilab.com\/en\/news-en\/experiential-training-for-junior-staff-on-welcoming-and-taking-care-of-customers\/","title":{"rendered":"Experiential training for junior staff on welcoming and taking care of customers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In June we met with 70 junior staff members Rinascente Roma Tritone Store for a series of experiential training classrooms on \u201ctaking charge of the customer\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat are the difficulties when approaching a customer?\u201d, \u201cHow do we know when a customer is interested in interacting?\u201d and \u201cWhat is my best way of breaking the ice with the customer?\u201d. These were some of the questions around which we encouraged closer reflection, sought to develop the understanding of participants and carried out classroom exercises and roleplays<\/p>\n<p>The meetings touched on issues like the fear of being brushed off by a customer that wants to \u201cdo their own thing\u201d, the belief that a customer isn\u2019t interested in receiving assistance, and other limiting thoughts.
