What it is, what it is for and how it is measured.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An <strong>entrepreneurial mindset<\/strong> is a specific aspect of <strong>entrepreneurial ability<\/strong>: while the latter distinguishes the ideal profile of the successful entrepreneur and includes a mix of attitudes and skills that are indispensable for those who want to \u2018do business,\u2019 <\/strong>an entrepreneurial approach is an element with which even a valuable Employee should be equipped in order to make a decisive contribution to the company\u2019s business results and well-being because they feel it is to some degree \u2018their own\u2019 in any case.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In many organizations, this <strong>entrepreneurial mindset<\/strong> is also <strong>required to managers<\/strong>, particularly with regard to the <strong>ability to manage complexity, growth and innovation<\/strong>. Therefore, not only technical expertise, but also a <strong>resourcefulness<\/strong> that is essential at all levels of the organization and understood as <strong>proactivity, autonomy, perspective, and goal orientation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Today it is possible to measure this attitude thanks <strong>to the ENTREPREUNEURIAL MINDSET PROFILE (EMP)<\/strong>, a new <strong>scientifically validated assessment<\/strong> developed by a pool of psychologists who have worked in collaboration with research institutes and prestigious American colleges.
